    My cardiologist recommended L-Arginine to me for my angina. I started out with a different brand but they changed their formula and it didn't work as well. Tried this one and it works so much better for me. I have less angina issues so I'm sticking with it.

    Some good stuff.

    This hasn't completely replaced coffee for me, but I have noticed that I don't drink as much of it at work. Normally I would have 2-3 cups of coffee at work, but after this I may have 1 cup. It'll never replace coffee for me as I like a good cup of coffee, but it will definitely cut your intake of it.
